Very good hotel, centrally located

Staff where very helpful. Interior is relatively new. The carpets are of questionable taste, as you first might think it is stained, but at second glance... its the design. Beds were pretty comfortable. Rooms clean. The building sits right next to the old town which is very inviting for a stroll. Every floor has ice machines. Foodwise, if you are not into generic hotel breakfasts, try Pappa Coffee opposite the hotel entrance next to the entrance of the brewery museum. See my review on that place. Parking is pretty pricey, though conveniently tucked away in the lower floors. Alternativley there is a 24hr multi-storey car park, well lit, clean and safe on the opposite side of the main road for a fraction of the price.

My friend and I stayed here for the Pilsner Beer Fest. This hotel really knew how to make us feel special as Gold Elite BonVoy members: early check in, “guests of the day” passes for free drinks, welcome gift in the room. Highly recommend and would happily come back.

A very good hotel in an ideal location. The main square, cathedral, and brewery are all within easy walking distance, and you can leave your car in the underground garage. However, the garage is quite narrow, so parking requires a bit of patience. My room was recently renovated, very clean, with a comfortable bed and a rain shower. It was a little noisy, but otherwise excellent. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
