Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Helsinki

A special experience, the customer service representative at Respa asked which side we wanted a room on, we discussed what kind of views each side would have, we got a room with a window looking into the hotel bar and not out at all, and the panoramic elevator could be seen directly into our bed. In addition, at other Radissons, premium customers have almost always received a room upgrade, but this is not part of the policy of this hotel, even though there seemed to be very few customers in the hotel. Otherwise, the room was really clean and the breakfast was basically good. Peaceful and quiet, no noise was carried into the room at all.

Is the advertised terrace coming to the hotel's courtyard?!

Great hotel in a great location. The jacuzzi in the executive suite completed the holiday experience.

Very central hotel which is nice! Close to the metro and malls and art museum. Friendly staff and nice premises and rooms. Good breakfast at the hotel.

The completely renovated and newly opened place has excellent viscoelastic beds in the rooms. The room is well equipped and clean and the limited breakfast is of high quality, also for gluten-free. At least the staff seems..friendly. Unfortunately, the list of problematic and negative things is so long that even I can't list them.. However, as an encouragement and out of pity, I give 4 stars. Even though they didn't show any goodwill by giving me or anyone else in the near-empty hotel room 348 or similar, which there seem to be several in the hotel.

The location is excellent, it's very clean and very comfortable. It's within walking distance of everything worth seeing. Even though we arrived before check-in time, they said we could leave our bags there. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great place. Location is close to the train and center of the city. Breakfast is AMAZING! The variety of perfectly prepared food is staggering. This is an easily $50USD brunch that is included in the reasonably priced room. If I could give 6 stars I would.
