Good hotel close to transport and green areas. A few minutes walk from the Tiergarten. Wide and fresh breakfast. Clean and fresh gym with a few more machines than usual hotel gyms. Clean and fresh in the room

From the outside, it looks like a building straight out of the 60s. I almost left! Inside, however, it's superb, stylish, hip, and charmingly furnished. A complete surprise. The automated check-in was a time-consuming ordeal, but somehow manageable. The parking fees were outrageous. Despite that, the hotel is impressive.

Very nice and a great atmosphere. Friday evening with a DJ and friendly people at the bar. The room was fully equipped, clean, and nicely furnished. The staff was friendly. The shower isn't in great condition anymore, but that was tolerable. We'd gladly come back.

A fine hotel with neat rooms and friendly staff. We stayed in a family room, where bedding was initially missing for one bed. After we reported this, action was taken immediately. The breakfast was very good and offered plenty of choice. There was something for everyone, which made for a pleasant start to the day. The bar, restaurant, and lobby are modernly furnished and fully equipped. Children have also been considered: they can play the piano, table tennis, and foosball, among other things. A personal downside for me is the fully digital check-in and check-out via a tablet, where only one employee is available for any assistance. Because of this, it feels more like a self-checkout at the supermarket than the personal welcome you expect from a hotel. All in all, a fine hotel with neat rooms, an excellent breakfast, and good facilities, but as far as I am concerned, there should be more room for personal service during check-in and check-out.

Great hotel! Unfortunately, the room facing the courtyard was very noisy due to the fans. The room had "disco lighting" at night: the refrigerator light, the TV lights, the router lights... blue, green, red, orange... The bathroom was okay. The beds were good. The breakfast selection was very good, but with 700 rooms, it was quite busy in the mornings. The sauna is small, but we were alone. There's a bus stop right outside.

Poor security concept, poor service. Check-in is only available via computer. I was rudely told off by the staff at the very hidden reception desk: "This is going to take a while, it's your own fault!" There was a fire alarm during the night. No staff were present, not even in the lobby. Guests, confused and frustrated, returned to their rooms after a while without any information. The breakfast area has far too few seats. Due to the overall poor impression, only one star. I cannot recommend this hotel.
