Excellent, simply perfect.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. After extending our stay by two nights, which was politely confirmed, we were asked to vacate the room the following morning – even though our scheduled check-out wasn't until two days later. After lengthy discussions, the error was resolved, but we were only informed afterward that we would have to pay double for the night. Despite promises of compensation, this was not forthcoming. Furthermore, additional charges were repeatedly debited from our card without any explanation. For a hotel of this category, such organizational problems, a lack of price transparency, and unclear billing are utterly disappointing. We had expected significantly better service.

Wonderful hotel and even more incredible hospitality from the staff. We celebrated a special occasion here, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were having an amazing time. Nicole was also incredibly helpful to us. Would highly recommend!

All the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable from the very first moment. The cleanliness, stylish ambiance, and excellent breakfast, which left nothing to be desired, deserve special mention. Hospitality is truly paramount here, and attention is paid to every detail. Very disappointing experience at Waldorf Astoria Berlin. Despite having a confirmed late checkout until 4 PM, someone entered our room at around 1 PM while we were showering, claiming that checkout was at noon. This was a serious invasion of our privacy and raised significant security concerns. What made the experience even worse was the front desk’s indifferent response when I raised the issue. The staff simply said they would look into it and offered to waive our room service charges, which was hardly meaningful compensation given our existing $100 dining credit. As a Hilton Diamond member, I expected much higher standards of professionalism and accountability from Waldorf Astoria. Unfortunately, the hotel’s response made me feel that neither our privacy nor the seriousness of the incident was being taken seriously.

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were extremely well-maintained, the service was impeccable, and the breakfast, dinner, and drinks at the bar were delicious. Moritz at the front desk helped promptly address an issue with our room and was very friendly and professional, making our stay completely stress free. The cleaning staff were also amazing, ensuring our room was kept in top condition. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again!

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the surrounding area is a nightmare! The stench, the dirt, and the ubiquitous scumbags are all around us. We're talking about the center of Europe here.

A fantastic stay, 5 out of 5 stars! I had a wonderful corner suite with a stunning view (on the 14th floor!) overlooking City West, the Kurfürstendamm, and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. I didn't hear a thing from the hallway or the neighboring rooms – the soundproofing was excellent. The rooms felt refreshed, and the furniture and carpet looked brand new. The cleanliness was impeccable, which is something I'm very particular about. The mattresses also seemed to have been replaced: on previous stays, I found them a bit too soft, but this time they were perfect for me. I slept like a baby! In short: I would definitely come back. Thank you to the entire team and the personal concierge – everything was superb.

We were very pleased with our suite. The style is best described as a modern interpretation of Art Deco with classic luxury. The view over Berlin is unparalleled. A truly memorable experience!
