Hanielpark Cruising Area

Hanielpark is a public park in Flingern, east of central Düsseldorf. It has a long-standing reputation as a gay cruising area. Activity is mostly after dark and mostly in the warmer months, and it is unofficial, so on any given night there may be nobody there. During the day it is an ordinary neighbourhood park. Sex between men is legal in Germany, but sex in public places is not. Use discretion, leave no litter, and respect residents and other park users. Go with your phone charged and avoid carrying valuables. Düsseldorf's gay bars, mostly in the Altstadt, are the more reliable option.
