I've eaten here a couple of times and have never been disappointed. Franconian potato soup, goulash soup, hunter's schnitzel, and potato pancakes are all very good. Friendly staff. I enjoy going there.

As a gay man, I used to love going to Labas, but since the new waiter started working there (a young, dark-skinned boy), I've been reluctant to go. His rudeness and disrespect are beyond belief. Sometimes you have to wait 20 minutes for a drink, if not longer. Meanwhile, he serves other tables, comes back to your table a second time to ask if you'd like something to drink, and gets snappy if you speak to him. The service is simply terrible!

Absolutely terrible service. I only came here for drinks, but the waiter managed to completely ruin the experience. He was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. The way he spoke to us was completely unacceptable. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but treating customers like they are beneath you is not an excuse. If this is the level of service this place considers acceptable, they seriously need to rethink their staff. One star, and even that feels generous. I would not come back.
