Hotel Kassaros is a hotel on Tzoumaka Street in Metsovo, the traditional stone-built town in the Pindus mountains of northwestern Greece. It is a mainstream gay-friendly hotel, not a gay venue. Its 4.8 Google rating from over 400 reviews is one of the strongest in town. The square, local cheese and wine shops and tavernas are close. Metsovo is popular with Greek visitors in winter for snow and nearby skiing, and in summer for hiking. Expect a quiet, traditional place with no gay scene. Ioannina, about an hour away, is the nearest city.

Fully renovated room with a wonderful view, good soundproofing and spotlessly clean, two minutes from the square. The breakfast was excellent, everything was taken care of by Mrs. Eleni. Excellent hospitality. See you again!

I recently stayed at the hotel with a hiking group for 2 nights. The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are warm with wonderful decoration. The people are hospitable and willing to serve us with whatever we needed. The breakfast is FANTASTIC! Handmade pies and sweets from Mrs. Eleni! Thank you for the wonderful experience.
