Nudist beach. The seabed is a bit rocky.

The beach is officially designated as nudist. In this regard, almost all beachgoers adhere to the guidelines. Unfortunately, a large section is occupied by sunbeds, priced at €20 for two plus an umbrella. It's difficult to find a spot near the sunbeds to lie down on your own, and the section where the sunbeds end becomes very rocky. Despite these minor inconveniences, I recommend this place for its stunning views and true naturist atmosphere. The sea and pebble beach right next to the cliffs are truly magical.

Beautiful nudist beach. To address some of the negative reviews: The far end of the beach, without sunbeds and near the bushes, is often used for more intimate activities alongside the nudist area. Anyone going there should expect to become part of it. The front part is equipped with sunbeds. A day costs €20; those staying longer and who arrange it with the vendor receive a discount for multiple days. There is a restaurant, but it's on the pricier side. The beach is very stony, so you have to be careful not to injure yourself or slip. Also, you're allowed to touch the large stones in the water: These are covered in anemones, which can cause a severe sting. All in all, definitely worth a visit for nudists. Furthermore: those who don't want to be completely nude can also come with clothes on.

Nice beach for nudists, easy access by car, enough parking spaces, when you arrive at the 10th, right next to the beach. Sand and pebble beach about 300m, sun loungers, umbrellas, buffet with catering, 20eur for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella, card payment possible. Clean beach, they constantly collect garbage. Access to the water is slow, pebbles and large stones at the bottom, it is good to have closed water shoes, but you can do without them. The water is clean, pleasantly warm, small waves, or completely calm. One of the best nudist beaches for me. Sometimes some textile workers appear.

Easy to find but very private, plenty of sun loungers at €10 each, it’s very rocky to get into the sea. There is a cafe there which is ok but you have to wear clothes to go there 😏

There were a lot of old naked men there. I was there with a child and had to go back home immediately.

A lovely beach with simple, but good, facilities. Relaxed atmosphere and fantastic water. Nice service at the beach bar, which also had good food. Impossible to get a taxi back to Rhodes City in the evening, but that can not be charged for.

Came here for the first time in 2016, a paradise....only polite nudists, silence and the sound of the sea.....now there are people in swimsuits (who have all the beaches of Rhodes where they can stay, but come here), noisy and arrogant guys from the east, the beach is dirty and neglected, the little boats they rent at the port without a license you find them in the bay suddenly, with the risk that they might "hit" you, in addition to the relative noise and marine pollution.....the prices of the tavern on the beach have tripled, a maxi cone and a freddo espresso €8, now with the scooter rented at lunchtime I move and for the same price I eat cooked and good food at Tsoukka, on the main road, or I get something from Sarikas, pleasant environment, air-conditioned, where you can stop pleasantly (prices like in Bologna at Impero in via Indipendenza), everything changes, even Rhodes and Mantomata, unfortunately for the worse.....next year we will change destination, after 10 years😪😪.

Equipped beach with parking available. There are rocks and in the sea there are very slippery stone slabs; water shoes are essential. Beyond the part with umbrellas, there is a free area. The cost for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella is 20€. The water is not that great, perhaps because of the currents. If being clothes-free is not necessary, there are many better beaches. The food at the tavern there is good.

We spent a day at this beach, a relaxing environment, calm, and beautiful sea, definitely worth repeating. Great bar restaurant

Good to see that a great effort is being made to keep the beach and surrounding area free of plastic waste and used cigarettes. Apostolis is leading the way on this as well as managing the sun loungers. This is a great improvement since our last visit.

I find this bay to be a dream, but unfortunately, I had two unpleasant experiences. I was approached by a man, and the second one jumped out of his car below, naked, and was fiddling with himself. I felt very harassed. DISGUSTING Strange men are already walking around. I believe it should be better monitored there.

A beach where there is peace, beautiful clear water We were there in August and the water was lovely warm and you can snorkel and swim for hours. The only minus is the cozy tavern where the prices are double and they try to cheat with the price. One day they demanded 14 euros for two soda and a small bag of chips, when I said no way the price was suddenly 7 euros :-( I hate dishonest people..

Creeps taking picture and following you in the water. People smoking next. They looked like locals so probably this happens everyday. Terrible experience. Only lady at the bar is very nice.

The photographs don’t do Mandomata beach enough justice it’s a fantastic location beautiful backdrop , cooling clear water and to add it has a terrific restaurant, serving fresh fish and alcoholic beverages, sunbeds £20 euro , we stopped at the Moscha hotel which was splendid and just a 6 min walk to Mandomata all the staff were very welcoming and friendly would definitely recommend both 😎😎

The beach is basically beautiful. The water is clear, for entry definitely recommend bathing shoes. The tavern is nice and good food. Sounds good, unfortunately there are a lot of negatives. Especially in the right part of the beach there are many (mostly local) pushy men who openly ask for sex or unabashedly just sit next to you and start laying hands on themselves. It is done wherever possible and the word distance is a foreign word for many. Pictures are even taken of the bushes behind the beach with very large lenses (hidden from the bushes). So it is quite possible that you will find yourself on the Internet. There are also many men on the road with intimate jewelry, which they like to display. So a lot of rules of a beautiful nudist beach are absolutely not observed here. The many gays in the back of the beach don't really bother, they keep to themselves. But especially in this back area of the beach (usually gays) it gets really real. And the later the day, that is, the time of the beautiful evening sun, the more intense the whole thing becomes. So you actually have to be very tolerant if you want to enjoy here.
