Reykjavik Bear は、アイスランドで毎年開催されるベア・ウィークエンドで、9月上旬に始まります。約15年間続いた「Bears on Ice」の後継イベントであり、主催者によると、これはパスホルダーのためのアットホームな集まりで、大規模なオープンフェスティバルではありません。彼らはレイキャビク市から文化助成金を受給しています。
週末の夜のイベントは、ウェルカムパーティー、「Friday Top-Off!」パーティー、そして Mr. Reykjavík Bear コンテストとショーです。
日中のアクティビティには、ゴールデンサークルへのグループツアー、Sky Lagoon での地熱スパ訪問、市内でのフードウォークが含まれます。ブランチやグッズ購入も可能です。
ほとんどのイベントはダウンタウンの101地区で行われます。
パスは reykjavikbear.is のショップで購入できますが、価格は明記されていません。
9月は涼しく湿気が多いので、ツアー用に適切な服装を用意してください。
2026年版は9月3日から6日まで開催されました。レイkjanes半島での火山活動により一部変更を余儀なくされ、Blue Lagoon へのツアーは中止となりました。Ormur が Mr. Reykjavík Bear 2026 に輝き、Karl が準優勝しました。
2027年版は9月2日から5日に予定されていますが、プログラムはまだ最終調整中です。

Book Accommodation Early
Reykjavik is a small city and hotels fill up quickly, especially during the event. Book your accommodation well in advance.
Volcanic Activity
While volcanic activity is part of Iceland's nature and has not impacted daily life or travel, it has influenced some festival planning. The Blue Lagoon is not being prioritized as the main lagoon visit this year as a precaution.
Airport Transfer Discount
Flybus offers a 10% discount on transfers between Keflavik International Airport and Reykjavik for RVKBear guests. Details are provided via email after booking.
Dietary Needs
If you have special dietary requirements, notify the organizers by emailing growl@reykjavikbear.is. They will do their best to accommodate preferences, but severe allergies or intolerances should be communicated in advance.
