Great services
Why are your staff refusing to tell young women that self swabbing is an option? And instead are forcing people to undergo invasive, painful and degrading speculum insertion? I was tested here 4 times… now you can imagine my pure shock when I go to another clinic after outgrowing this one and they hand me a self swab kit. Very confused, I tell them I’m here for the full panel tests… and they assure me that’s what they’re doing. Just a simple self swab & finger prick… I asked was that new and they said “no, that’s been standard practise for over ten years”… so it’s absolutely appalling that as an assault survivor I was made to endure something so distressing on multiple occasions when an easy, private and painless option was available all along. You should be ashamed of yourselves! I hope others see this and know that they can access the healthcare they need without being violated!!!
