Risette

As always, amazing dishes which show a huge amount of though and attention to detail. The chef never fails to impress and how this restaurant hasn't yet earned it's first star is a mystery to me. Great service, good wines and food which makes you want to return again and again.

Extraordinary food, attentive service, calming atmosphere (though centrally located).

We are a family group of five adults on holiday from Australia and reserved a table tonight at Risette for a special night out. I’m delighted to say that Risette surpassed our expectations, from the moment we entered the understated but elegant dining room right up to our goodbyes at the end of the evening. The staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We opted for the tasting menu, with each course being carefully curated and perfectly balanced. The presentation of each course was art in itself, and the flavours were truly exquisite. Chef Steve Scicluna is passionate about his craft and the creativity he brings to his kitchen, and we hope Michelin will soon recognise him and his contribution to Malta’s vibrant culinary scene.

We ordered the tasting Menu Risette. Each dish was amazing and we could not fault them. The attention to detail in each dish was a credit to the chefs and the flavors were wonderful.

Risette was amazing. I will definitely go back and I recommend it for foodies. Had the tasting menu and every dish was phenomenal. I particularly liked the prawns and the ravioli. Service was also excellent.

To celebrate my husband's birthday, we had a perfect evening with excellent food, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere.
