Pink Point is a small LGBTQ+ information kiosk on Westermarkt, right next to the Homomonument and in sight of the Westerkerk. Since opening in 1998 it has been one of the first permanent queer tourist-information points anywhere. It's staffed by volunteers who explain the monument, hand out gay maps and venue tips, and sell souvenirs and guidebooks. It's a useful first stop on an Amsterdam trip, especially around King's Day and Pride in early August, when it's busiest. Hours have historically been afternoon only and seasonal, so check the website before making a special trip. The Anne Frank House and the Jordaan are a few minutes' walk away.

This place is a lifesaver if you need queer party accessories at the last minute and can't wait for delivery from an online shop. Flags, pin badges, sunglasses, postcards, bracelets, refreshments... This place has the lot. The range of accessories in the bisexual colours is particularly impressive.

Souvenirs, magnets, etc. are great here. Not too expensive and friendly service. That's not often the case in Amsterdam, so I definitely recommend coming here!
