We really liked this hotel, clean, close to the center, very nice lady at the reception

The location is very good, close to the train station, not far from the market square, and there are several decent places to eat nearby, as the hotel restaurant is closed. The elevator is among the amenities. The room is clean, but quite cold, with cold radiators in both the room and the bathroom (October). The breakfast was nice and varied, and the coffee was also okay. The room was off the main road, so it was quiet and peaceful for the city center.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay at the Hotel Europejski in Wrocław. The room was small, furnished with old, worn-out furniture, and the entire interior felt as if it had been frozen in time. Furthermore, there was a strange, unpleasant odor in the room, which meant I had to keep the window open almost constantly. The towels also left much to be desired – faded, worn, and definitely in need of replacement. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The food was so unappetizing that by the end of my stay, I had to give up breakfast and stick to coffee alone. Moreover, during my stay, I developed a strange skin reaction resembling an allergy – itchy spots and bumps all over my body. I don't know what caused it, but this situation further affected my discomfort and overall assessment of my stay. I understand the hotel has a long history, but its historic character shouldn't be an excuse for outdated furnishings, worn-out fabrics, or poor-quality breakfast. The only clear advantage is the location. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't meet my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and overall standard. I definitely won't be returning and can't recommend this place.
