Radisson Blu Hotel Wrocław

The hotel is excellently located directly opposite the Panorama of Racławice. The reception was friendly and professional. Particularly positive: a very delicious, varied, and healthy breakfast with excellent service. Unfortunately, our bedroom window could not be closed due to a technical defect. At 6–8 °C at night and with clearly audible street noise, this was very unpleasant. Since no alternative room was available, we had to spend the night on the sofa in the second room – the sleep quality was accordingly very poor. A big compliment to the employee who worked intensively on repairing the window between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM, offered additional blankets, and looked for solutions. In a five-star hotel, the technical condition of the room should be checked before arrival. Also, when entering the garage, the gate controlled by the reception was closed several times while we were driving in, despite camera surveillance. We would have liked more attention here regarding the control of the gate. Our complaint was acknowledged after departure and resolved positively. Many thanks in particular to Ms. Agnieszka for her efforts and professional handling. Overall a great location, good breakfast, and dedicated staff – unfortunately, the stay was significantly below our expectations due to the technical problems. We hope for more pleasant stays in the future.

Great hotel experience. Receptionists were extremely helpful. All of them. And at the bar, German was a true gentleman. Very friendly and helpful and polite.

This was my first time in Wroclaw along with my wife and her family, it was a lovely experience and paired perfectly with our stay in radisson blu. Lovely clean hotel with stellar service all round but I would like to make a special mention to Maryna and Maksym for going the extra mile and helping out with our bookings before and during the stay. Thank you guys.

I stayed here last night on business. I arrived at 11:30 at night and was quickly directed to my room by really friendly and helpful staff. I called down to the kitchen and ordered some food and ordered the curry and rice. This is brought up to my room after about 20 minutes when it arrived it was cold and uneatable. When I complained the next morning this was removed from my bill which was fine but disappointing at the time due to the fact I was very hungry. Breakfast in the morning was lovely but it did take 25 minutes my omelette to arrive. The room was comfortable but to be honest needed updating. The hotel appeared to be in a good location. Checkout process was quick and again staff very friendly.

The hotel is excellent and in a good location to explore the city. The room we had was spacious and spotlessly clean. We ate in the The Kapist Bar and Restaurant, the food was very good and the service provided by German the Barman/waiter was excellent. I'd encourage anyone to eat in the restaurant.

Very old-fashioned. More than 200€ for a standard room that dates from the 90s. Breakfast is average. Yesterday we were in Dresden in an NH hotel, a real 4-star hotel. Besides, we can't have coffee until 6:30 in the morning. To avoid

On site garage. ✅ Wrocław itself offers variety of things to do and see & the hotel seems to be a good staring point. ✔️ The only drawback of Radisson Blu Wrocław is the old-fashioned decor, but the hotel is already working on this, gradually redecorating particular rooms and hotel floors. ✅ If you are looking for a friendly and well-situated hotel in Wrocław- that’s the one 😀 PS.
