On Saturday, my partner and I decided to go to this place, which we haven't been to since the fire incident. I told my partner to go inside and order while I finished my cigarette, and I stayed outside for a few minutes. When I tried to go in, the doorman, who was short and dark-haired, acted like he was cool and wouldn't let me in for no reason. I told my partner when he came out, and when I asked him, he said, "You can go in," but he said no. He wouldn't tell me why. We asked for a complaint form, and it took them about 30 minutes to bring it. My partner and I are very clear that we won't be going back there because we don't like racist places.

Last Friday, I was the victim of a racist incident by the doorman. He denied me entry to the establishment for no reason, telling me it was full. While I waited, he let other people in. When I asked him why he was letting them in but not me, he said it was because I was smart and refused to give me a real reason. I have a video that clearly shows other people entering while I was denied entry. I called the police and requested a complaint form. When the police arrived, he told them he was denying me entry because of "problems" every day, even though I haven't been to that establishment since January. I am going to take legal action regarding this because he harassed me for something I didn't do, gave false information to the police, and acted racistly.

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at this establishment on June 21, 2026. A customer was expelled from the premises without justification and without receiving any clear explanation. The situation was even more surprising when I observed that other people remained in the establishment without ordering anything and were not treated the same way. Furthermore, one of the employees behaved inappropriately toward a female customer. When the customer politely inquired about what was happening, the employee at the door ordered her immediate expulsion, without listening to her side of the story or offering any explanation. I consider this behavior unprofessional and reflects poorly on the establishment. All customers should be treated with respect, equality, and courtesy, regardless of their nationality or origin. I hope that management will review what happened and take the necessary measures to prevent similar situations from recurring.

The waiter who usually clears the glasses pushes everyone around in an arrogant manner. He doesn't ask permission or apologize when pouring drinks, and he gives customers challenging looks. We decided not to say anything at the time for fear of being rudely thrown out. They should give the guy with the darker beard a customer service course to see if he's motivated to provide better service and friendliness to customers. The service is terrible. It seems like there's no management here, because there are reviews about the same thing and the same problems keep happening. Except for the other guys. The bathrooms should be cleaned and have toilet paper, because after 11:00 PM they're filthy.
