Visitors frequently praise the bar's great atmosphere, good music, and excellent service, with Juan being specifically mentioned multiple times for his attentiveness. However, some guests have experienced issues with promised discounts not being honored and found the venue to be small and sometimes empty, with one reviewer noting the alcohol tasted weak.
