I have been several times here on a day pass, the guy that takes money and serves at bar, must be one of the most miserable person that is in the wrong job. Thank god for the cleaning staff who always say hello. I asked barman/receptionist why he never smiles. The reply in a rather abrupt tone said..." I'm working , not on holiday like you. " Nothing else to say!!!!!

Unbelievably helpful staff from the cleaning team, to bar staff and management. Reakdast is infinitely variable and cooked fresh, bar snacks are good and drinks are quality. Facilities are “fun”, if that’s your thing but not obtrusive, compulsory but are safe. Location is perfect. Been going for years and is at the top of our list of fun places

I have no idea why people keep coming back here, the staff are insufferable friendly, the bar service is excellent and the clientele are friendly and accommodating UNSUFFERABLE, as a miserable Brit I expect less :-)

Enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing time here. Weather was fabulous and the sunbeds allowed me to fully enjoy sunning myself with no tan lines. The staff were lovely and we had a barbecue on the sunday which was delicious. The venue caters for cruising and creates a safe atmosphere for you to feel thoroughly secure and relaxed. Plenty of sun loungers to choose from. Honestly cant thank the staff enough. I love it here.

Nice location. Bungalow was clean and had all the essentials. Good vibes and really nice staff. Cleaning staff right through to the bar man etc. helpful with an early check in and late checkout. Helped sort a cheap transfer to the airport for me. Food was also pretty good.

Really nice place! Stayed a there a few years a go and liked it. Nice, spacios and clean rooms. Pool area a bit crowded but still good taking in account the daytime visitors. Play area - as good as it gets :-) BUT ... We had to cancel this years trip and did the cancellation on the booking site well within the timeframe for 50% refund. Now 30 days have gone and still no money back. Have mailed several times but no response at all! I just want to know when I can expect my money back ...

Lovely complex, we have done many day passes but first time staying here. What a great place and close to everything. We are coming back in May but with friends so not staying here but will be visiting daily. Can’t fault anything with the rooms clean and tidy and in a few occasions said to the staff not to clean the rooms, they work hard and deserve so rest time

For homosexual men who love nudism and "action" the residence is the best place to stay in Playa del Ingles, located in a hyper strategic position on one of the 4 sides of the central Yumbo Center. The residence, which has only 6 bungalows to stay in, is open to the public during the day and is daily well attended by guests who come to spend the afternoon. Bungalows are two-room apartments (apart from one) basic but very functional.

Visited for 10 days, the guys run a well run ship. Thank you to Raul and Andy. The place is clean and plenty of sunbeds, they offer lockets for your items, food and drink is available, nice to strip off and get an all over tan. BBQ on Sundays. 12 euros in well worth the day visitor pass.

Enjoyed several visits during my holiday, as I always do. Great location - across the road from Yumbo. Staff are friendly and helpful. They work hard to keep the pool and play areas clean and well organised. One very busy day I couldn't get a lounger immediately so relaxed in the sun on a chair. One of the staff came over and quietly advised me when a lounger became available. Pool area is a sun trap all day. Music plays, but not annoyingly loud. Pool itself is a decent size, clean and crystal clear. Varied guests/visitors, from middle aged guys to a younger crowd, all there to relax in the sun and enjoy other pleasures. Drinks and hot snacks served all day. Tables at the bar area. Great place to chill-out and collect UV's, with the added bonus of some sleazy action when the mood takes you. Will definitely be back.
