Platja del Mago (El Mago) — gay/nudist beach

Platja del Mago (El Mago) is a small, officially nudist cove at Portals Vells, about a 20-minute drive west of Palma in the Calvià municipality. You reach it on a short walk through pine woods from the parking area. Gay and naturist visitors tend to gather on the rocky stretch to one side of the main beach, and the pine paths behind it see some discreet cruising. The water is clear and there is no large resort development, but shade and facilities are limited, so bring water and food. It gets busy on summer weekends and parking fills early. Keep anything beyond sunbathing out of sight of families and walkers.
