Samarucs Valencia

Samarucs is Valencia's LGBTQ+ sports club rather than a venue you can walk into. Its listing names sections for swimming, volleyball, hiking and football, and the club says anyone can join regardless of orientation. For a visitor or someone newly moved to the city, a training session or hike is an easy way to meet local queer people outside the bars. The Carrer de l'Almodí address in the old town and the website on file look old, so contact the club first to find out current sections, training times and whether drop-in guests are accepted.
