For Russian-speaking people: it's easier to make an appointment by phone. They're not always available in person. Mail is still a problem; I haven't had any luck. But they do help with information, lawyer contacts, and other things for refugees. My experience is positive. They seem to know English, if you're having trouble with Spanish. I'm not sure if I'm talking to them alone by phone, but it's not possible. If you and the workers are very helpful, I'm talking to you, I'm explaining including things that don't work. In general, an experience that can be improved.

It's closed earlier than usual, so it's impossible to get help or find out anything! How awful! Nobody here will help you.

Everyone was very kind and doing a good cause for the public.

As is evident, this is an association/NGO dedicated to addressing the specific needs of the LGBTQ+ community in general. They have helped me a great deal these past few years. Besides providing support services, they organize events, workshops, courses, and volunteer opportunities; I have attended some of them, and the atmosphere was always friendly and relaxed.
