レビュー者の声

Many visitors praise the competent and kind staff, with specific mentions of excellent care from hand surgeons, rehab teams, and for pediatric injuries. However, a significant number of reviewers report extremely long wait times, even for urgent issues, and some describe rude or unhelpful treatment from receptionists and doctors.

この場所について HBT-Hälsan

HBT-Hälsan is listed as a psychosocial counselling service in Stockholm for gay and bisexual men and women, and for their relatives and close friends. The address on file is Ringvägen 52 on Södermalm, and the website on file is hiv.nu. The Google data on this listing (24-hour opening and more than 700 reviews) almost certainly belongs to the hospital at the same address, not to the counselling service. Do not walk in expecting a drop-in centre. Contact the service first to confirm it still operates under this name and how appointments work.

Look, yes — it’s a little shoddy and looks like it belongs in the 70s, but it gets the job done and has competent, personable people in the delivery ward. Where I would improve things is the post-natal ward as it seems like there are communication and staff issues. However, the food was clearly better than Karolinska (Karolinska was microwaved findus on a platter, essentially), and had much better taste, nutrition, and variety — so kudos for that. Overall, it’s clearly a good, perhaps excellent system (once remaining staff issues in post-natal are improved), and not having to amputate a limb to pay for birth clearly outweighs the cons for me. Yes, I’m an American (now Swedish citizen) who moved here years ago without fully understanding how valuable this tax money-funded process would be (imagine paying a million kronor to give birth if even the slightest of complications occurs). A little gratefulness never killed anyone.

Worst emergency room I went in by ambulance because I have a chronic illness that needs to be treated urgently, the ambulance staff told me that and I felt terrible. I went to the emergency room at SöS, was there for 13 hours, no one checked on me, and I saw how people went home after a long wait, it's completely unacceptable. I waited 15 hours, then the doctor came and saw that my values were bad, so I was admitted and was in hospital for a week. You can die here before you get help, the worst emergency room!!

Extremely rude treatment from the receptionists. Where they sit with their phones and scroll but at the same time say "we work as quickly as possible". So there are several of us who sit with a queue ticket and wait while the nonchalant staff here sits on the lazy side

Received excellent care for a sprained back. I was unable to walk and in great pain from lifting a heavy suitcase. Was seen promptly by nurses and doctor. Received appropriate medication for pain and muscle spasm. Hospital was clean, efficient.

I feel very disappointed after my visit with Hakan Vural. I experienced poor treatment, and also discovered afterwards that things had been entered into my journal that we did not discuss at all during our meeting.

Department 80 a. Poor treatment. Very frustrating that the staff speaks such poor Swedish. It's probably not their competence that's at fault, I hope, but it's not possible to run Swedish healthcare with staff who don't make themselves understood. / Åsa

Went in by ambulance for an acute fracture with bone fragments penetrating! Received first-class, fast care and treatment, nothing to complain about. It's a large hospital and the staff's skills and attitude vary. I actually think I was quite lucky. There were post-mortems at all levels - doctors are scum and scum but they didn't affect me as I know a lot, was wide awake, and have a pain tolerance - two big pluses in a hospital, you have to be able to speak up for yourself and make demands and be educational so the staff understands. Many speak and understand Swedish, but also English, poorly. P.S. The food is really good!
