この場所について Carlos Terrace Restaurant İstanbul
Carlos Terrace is a mainstream restaurant on Akbıyık Caddesi, the busy hotel-and-restaurant street just behind the Blue Mosque in Sultanahmet. The draw is the terrace, with views over the old city's rooftops toward the water.
Prices are mid-range for the area. It holds a 4.9 Google rating from more than 6,000 reviews, which in Sultanahmet usually means a strong focus on tourist service. That is worth bearing in mind if you want food locals would recognise. Book or arrive early for a terrace table at sunset.

Area of old and picturesque hotels, be careful of the cobblestones and the hills, the rest is very interesting for dining or sleeping in the surrounding hotels
