K41

K41 is a techno club at Kyrylivska Street 41 in Kyiv's Podil district, housed in a former industrial building. It is one of the main reference points for queer nightlife in the city: the crowd is young and mixed, the door is selective, and the club runs a strict safe-space and consent policy in the Berlin mould. Expect long electronic sets rather than a bar with a dance floor. Ukraine is under martial law, so events are scheduled around the nighttime curfew and can be cancelled at short notice during air-raid alerts. Check the club's channels for the current programme before going, and follow official air-raid instructions while in the city.
