MindOut ⚠ Unverified Own this place?

MindOut is a mental-health charity run by and for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer people, based at Community Base on Queens Road in central Brighton. It offers peer support groups, one-to-one advocacy, counselling and suicide-prevention work, and it is one of the longest-running LGBTQ+ mental-health services in the UK. It also runs an online support service for people outside Sussex. It is a service, not a drop-in venue, and Community Base is a shared office building a few minutes' walk down from Brighton station. Check mindout.org.uk for referral routes and group times before visiting. In a crisis, call 999 or Samaritans on 116 123.
