Beacon of what a charity supporting neurodivergent people, queer people and asylum seekers should be. Staff are supportive and have amazing personalities.

Very unimpressed with this “service”, though there isn’t much service to it. My friend needed to be seen urgently and was very clearly anxious, we were told that there were no appointments available until about a week later, which isn’t what a service like this should be, given the circumstances they cover. Furthermore, when she asked if at least she could speak to someone as she was worried, just for advice, she was told this wasn’t possible, even though the waiting room had only 2 people in it so they can’t have been that stretched. This is far from ideal from a service which is supposed to put people at ease and help, the staff were dismissive and grumpy and I worry for other women in need of discreet help. Even boots provided more valued advice.
