really cool vibe with friendly staff. however i paid £1.50 extra for a classic margarita for service charge but i ordered at the bar (i would understand if it was table service) and had to collect my drink which i waited for over 5-7 minutes (the bar wasn’t busy). the cocktail was barely drinkable as the margarita was poorly made, tasted off and diluted. good vibes, however poorly made, overpriced drinks.

my first time at la camionera was so beautiful! We went at 4:30pm or so on a friday and easily found a lovely spot in the garden, it got a little busier later so probably best to go early ish especially on weekends. I tried most of the happy hour cocktails which were yummy delicious and a lovely vermut and the bread with manchego and membrillo AND THEY HAD MAHOU!! Q VIVA MADRIDD :-) All the staff were so kind and let me have extra olives in my drinks when i asked nicely :) I am so grateful... my only complaints are that they had run out of tortilla when i went NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! and that east london is way too far from my house. otherwise perfect. if i lived in east london i would be playing L word in real life every day thanks to this beautiful bar. 🐬🌅👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩

When I went here like a year and a half ago the young woman working at the front who took my order at first was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life😅 She had an attitude of like ‘What are you doing here and why the heck do you expect me to serve you?’ … I have never been greeted like such in my life and I really agree with the other low reviews that talk about the rude staff lmaooo … I usually don’t even write reviews but as a Black lesbian I thought the entire MALE-dominant space was hostile and not inclusive. Not the vibe at alllll. Drank one or two glasses of a decent orange wine, enjoyed the very aesthetic atmosphere, and got the heck out!!!

Sometimes gets busy at the bar and can also get noisy.. but such a lovely vibe. Great bar!

I went with my straight friend and we really enjoyed the space. There’s a lack of sapphic places to hang out so that’s the main reason we went. It’s a shame I felt like some of the people there weren’t extremely open and a bit standoffish but that’s not the bars fault. I do wish the space was bigger it’s a squeeze. The decor is nice you can tell a lot of thought was put into the renovation. I would like to suggest maybe some changes to the drinks, the cider is served small and it tastes really odd, kind like kombucha. The white wine wasn’t great and the margs were way too spicy. Overall we would come again because we love the space

I came here for the first time yesterday. I had such a lovely time and the staff were very friendly. The beautiful staff member wearing the angel halo and wings was extra lovely. She was going around checking everyone who went to the singles night was having a good time and comfortable. I’ll be back here

way too expensive, adds a service charge, and worst of all the tap water in glass bottles they give you is full of mould!!! couldn't stop gagging, i'm gagging again writing this

The vibes and aesthetic of this bar are absolutely gorgeous - it’s perfect for a spot to chill in the evening and the staff were so friendly! The drinks are relatively reasonably priced for London and they have a small selection of cocktails too! I came for the singles night and whilst i loved the atmosphere, it was too busy to really hear people and would’ve been much better if the speed dating was organised with sheets of paper with peoples names and number on or if people had name tags, as it was really difficult to hear what people were saying and catch a vibe within 3 minutes, as well as remembering 20 or so people’s names. As the night went on as well it just kept getting busier, so a lot of people didn’t manage to get a seat or get involved in the speed dating. However, it definitely felt like a very safe space though and am aiming to come back soon!
