Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport

We stayed at this hotel the night before our flight, the room is basic but clean, check in was easy, if you are parking here the spaces are very tight we had to wait for a space, to get to the airport was very easy using a train next to the hotel costing £5 breakfast was lovely & a girl named Abbie was very friendly & helping everyone at breakfast.

Stayed for one night in June 2025; I booked a room and parking package and I found it very convenient. The hotel is very modern and clean. Staff were very friendly at check-in and even offered us a takeaway breakfast bag for the following morning because of our early morning flight. Our room was clean and well appointed and in line with what you would expect from a Hampton hotel. Bathroom was also clean and fully stocked with necessary toiletries. The location of the hotel is very good for access to the airport and train connections. It is a 1 minute walk from the hotel entrance to Luton Airport Parkway station; from there you can catch the new transit shuttle Luton DART which drops you off outside the terminal doors. The DART shuttle costs about 4.90GBP one way at the time of writing this review. If I ever fly from Luton airport again I would be more than happy to stay at this hotel again.

Firstly, it is an excellent location for Luton airport using the DART shuttle as it is adjacent to the parkway station. Secondly, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious, clean and well laid out. The breakfast staff were cheerful and helpful but a special mention is required for Abby, who made herself very popular and lit up the breakfast room.

Super clean hotel with an ideal location just a minute walk to the station. Was the perfect place to rest after a long day of travel. Nice and quiet, with all the amenities you need. Very friendly and helpful staff, which is increasingly rare these days. Abby was the best! She really set us up for a great day with her smile, assistance, and chats at breakfast

Perfectly located to allow a smooth journey to Luton Airport. I was greeted by a lovely lady who explained how the restaurant and breakfast worked. When I shared that my flight was super early she offered the option for a breakfast bag which went down a treat the following morning. Once I checked into my room I treated myself to a bite to eat. Vegetable Lasagne was recommended and it definitely didn't disappoint. Highly recommend😍. I would definitely stay here again🤩

Great hotel nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly. Have to give a special mention to Abby who greeted us at breakfast with a lovely smile and was very chatty which was nice as that don't happen much these days!!

We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Luton Airport for one night before an early flight, booked as part of a parking package through Holiday Extras. It was just me and my husband, and the overall vibe was easy and straightforward, which is exactly what we needed before travelling. The hotel itself felt nice and simple, and the room was the same — nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for a quick stopover. The only thing that caught me out was the bed base. It sat quite high off the ground, and I managed to knock my leg on it twice, which left a bruise. Probably my own clumsiness, but the height did feel a bit unnecessary. Minor thing, though. Because we had an early flight, we checked out before breakfast opened. The staff offered us a breakfast bag with coffee, which was actually really handy! It had a cereal bar, croissant, apple, orange juice and a yoghurt — enough to keep us going and saved us hunting for food at the airport. Parking was included, and being able to leave the car at the hotel for the whole trip made everything much easier. The only downside is that the car park feels too small for the number of guests using it. When we arrived around 7pm, there was literally one space left, and it was such a tight squeeze that I had to climb out through the boot because of the bushes and the way the car next to me was parked. Bit ridiculous, but we managed. The best part, though, is the location. The hotel is right next to Luton Parkway station, and from there you can hop on the DART transfer straight into the airport. It’s driverless, runs every few minutes, and only costs a small fee. It meant we didn’t need a taxi or Uber — we just checked out and walked over. It made the start of our holiday feel really smooth. Overall, we had a good stay and would happily return. It’s ideal if you want something simple, convenient and close to the airport, especially if you’re flying early and want the whole process to be as easy as possible.

Stayed 1 night for early morning flight next day Queen room overlooking Dart station . Generally ok rooms a little tired but clean . Bed noisy when you move . Reception staff friendly left before breakfast opened at 6 supplied with bag with orange juice,banana cereal in . Walked into town centre only 20 mins away found a Weatherspoons so food/drink a better option with price rather than Hotel.

Nice hotel with parking ( £12 per day) Great position for Luton Parkway Station for rail services to London or the Dart to Luton Airport. Buffet breakfast and good selection, would visit again if in the area

Compared to the hotel at Stansted Airport this is a big drop in quality and standard. Non-interested staff upon check-in, hotel and rooms were clean. Air-con wouldn't go below 19c I was provided with a fan upson asking. A random fridge on the floor in the room, bed was very noisy when sitting on it or turning over. Shower tray flimsy, thought I was going to go through it. No curtains for the window just a blind, which when the sun came up, lit up the bedroom from around 0530am. Standard breakfast offering with attentive staff, clearing tables. If using the airport, there is a train/tram called the dart at the back of the hotel runs about every 15 minutes I think, about £5 each way.
