Holiday Inn Milton Keynes Central

I come frequently to the health club for swimming and I am always greeted with a smile and chat from whoever is on the front desk. Zee, Monika, Andy and David are always so helpful and create such a warm atmosphere in the club. The pool is clean, mostly quiet and nice and warm. The steam room is a great addition, the hair dryer is powerful and there is a dryer for swimming costumes which is great. I’d recommend to anyone - I really do enjoy coming for a swim here.

Point of the review is for mention of exceptional service from Mandy. Went above and beyond for us and very appreciative. We will use Holiday Inn MK when possible.

The staff are amazing and very interested in serving the people. They are helpful, everyone at their duty post. Nura was incredible at setting up our event hall. Kelvin from the bar made sure we had fresh water for our guest. Karen nicely made sure I was aware of what to do to make the most of breakfast Freda made sure I was satisfied with breakfast while at it. Peter at the front desk gave me info that helped me save a few quids and that made me quite happy. It is great place to spend time . Highly recommended.

Perfect place for a weekend with friends. Very clean, location excellent, plenty of parking, comfortable beds and delicious fresh breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. David in the health club too!
