SupportU

SupportU is an LGBT+ support charity based in central Reading, serving Berkshire and the wider Thames Valley. It offers free, confidential one-to-one casework, a helpline and messaging service, drop-in sessions, and peer-support and social groups for LGBTQ+ people of all ages. Sessions are mostly by appointment rather than open walk-in. Visitors can contact it for local information and signposting. Current opening times and group schedules are on supportu.org.uk.
