The honest summary: In Orlando, cruising happens indoors and on the apps. The city has one men's bathhouse, Club Orlando, and a couple of bars where the back patio does the work. Outdoor spots are another matter. We couldn't find a single independent, current source for any park, and Florida publishes lewdness arrests with names and photos. So this guide doesn't list any.
Club Orlando: the bathhouse
Club Orlando (450 E Compton St, just south of downtown) has been open since 1998 and is the only gay bathhouse in the city. It is men only. Out x Out and Travel Gay list:
- a heated outdoor pool and sun deck, the thing that makes it feel very Florida
- a hot tub, dry sauna and a small gym
- private rooms, lockers and video lounges
- Barcodes (4453 Edgewater Dr). A bear, leather and pup bar owned by a gay couple since 2009. Out x Out lists Leather Night, Jock Night and twice-monthly underwear nights. It has a big outdoor area at the back. Gear is welcome on theme nights. Check the bar's social pages for dates.
- Stiffy's (2405 E South St, Milk District). The bear and leather bar in the Southern Nights complex, with go-go dancers and theme nights.
- Hank's (5026 Edgewater Dr). A gay bar since 1987. It's cash only and open noon to 2am. Hank's isn't a sex bar. It's a friendly local dive with a patio where talking to strangers is normal, and it's a good first stop before Barcodes, which is a few minutes up the road.
- Parliament House (410 N Orange Blossom Trail): the resort, bar and motel complex was the centre of Orlando gay life for decades. It closed on November 2, 2020 and was demolished in 2021. Its owners have talked about a new downtown space, but it wasn't open as of mid-2026.
- Lake Underhill Park: we used to list it as a cruising spot. We've removed it because we found no independent current source.
Hours (from its Google listing): 9am to 10pm Monday to Wednesday, 9am to midnight on Thursday, open all night Friday and Saturday, and until 10pm on Sunday. Out x Out says 18 to 24-year-olds get in free with a locker or room. Bring photo ID. Weekend nights after the bars close and any afternoon during Gay Days week are the busiest times. Older listings put the club on Pine Street. The address is Compton Street.
The cruisy bars
Apps
Grindr and Sniffies are where most arranging happens in Orlando, and in a city with this many visitors they're busy at all hours. Gay Days week in June and Pride weekend in October are the peaks. Meet somewhere public first, tell a friend where you're going, and don't hand over money or photos to anyone who pushes hard.
Why we don't list parks
Old directories name several Orlando parks. When we checked in October 2026, the only pages describing cruising in them were scraped listings, plus a page on this site that we have since removed. That doesn't meet our rule of two independent, current sources. WFTV has reported an Orlando police sting at a city park with eight men arrested. The date isn't clear, but the risk is real. We'd rather send you to the bathhouse.

Does Orlando have a gay sauna?
Yes, one: Club Orlando at 450 E Compton St. It's men only, has an outdoor pool and is open around the clock on Friday and Saturday.
Is cruising legal in Orlando?
Meeting people is legal. Sexual activity in public is a misdemeanour under Florida law, and arrests are published. Keep anything physical to private premises.
Are there outdoor cruising spots?
Not that we can confirm. We found no independent, current source for any park in the city, so we don't list one.
What happened to Parliament House?
It closed in November 2020 and was demolished in 2021. Its old crowd now spreads across Club Orlando, Barcodes, Hank's and the Milk District bars.
