Fierro Hotel Buenos Aires

They held our baggage for three days while we took a short trip to Iguazu! And got us another trip to Uruguay! Amazing concierge service and a fist class “breakfast” until 3 pm!! Laura on the front desk was amazing! She recognized us from the tango show which we attended our first night! Went out of her way to help us as written above!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fierro :) I was running the Buenos Aires Half Marathon and chose this hotel because it was close to the starting point... and I have absolutely no regrets. The staff members were super helpful and incredibly responsive. They recommended a fantastic tango show and arranged everything for us, making it a truly enjoyable evening. We also raised two minor issues with the room, and both were addressed promptly! Breakfast was AMAZING and definitely not your typical hotel buffet. They offer a preset menu that covers everything :) There is a general starter that everyone gets (bread, croissant, cookie, coffee juice, water, veggie shot, yogurt parfait) then there are about 6 or 7 other items and you can choose 1 ( 3 were veggie friendly....pancakes...fruit platter, chia pudding).... I tried a different combination every day. Breakfast runs from 7:30 to 3pm! The hotel also completely surprised me on my birthday! I have no idea how they knew, but I am certainly not complaining :) they brought out a cake and champagne, and even sang Happy Birthday to me at breakfast, which was such a sweet touch. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, as it was a bit spotty at times. However, since we both had data on our phones and weren't using laptops or doing anything that required heavy internet, we didn't raise it with the staff during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it!

I had a very pleasant stay at Fierro Hotel Palermo for a few nights on 20/6/26. The hotel is in a great location, with supermarkets and a good selection of eateries within easy walking distance. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. The reception team were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and the staff in the breakfast restaurant were equally warm and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and a great way to start the day, with a good selection and quality food. My room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated how quiet the hotel was — together with a comfortable bed and good pillows, it made for a very restful night's sleep. Overall, a comfortable, well-run hotel with genuinely friendly service. Highly recommended.

This hotel is simply perfect. Great location in the northern region of Buenos Aires. The room is very tasteful, comfortable, beautiful, and well-maintained. The pool is delightful, and the restaurant offers extremely exclusive and attentive service. At check-out, we left around 5:30 am, and they brought breakfast to our room. Great attention to detail, thoughtful touches in the rooms, organization, and care for our personal belongings. If I had the option, I would give it 10 stars.

It's undoubtedly the best hotel in Palermo. We've been several times and always want to return. Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff, great location. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Highly recommended.

Excellent brunch

Excellent hotel. The room is large and very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, and it has a good minibar. The breakfast is delicious and homemade. The staff is top-notch. I'll be back!

Excellent value for money. I recommend it.

Great front desk experience. Very nice staff. Couldn't be more pleasant, very kind. Super comfy beds, clean room. Breakfast until 3pm. Good location and neighborhood. Stayed here 2 years ago and couldn't wait to come back. Didn't disappoint this time.
