Vitrum Hotel

Me encato

Excellent place. Exquisite.

Very nice service, even if he's old, he is still good at doing his job, your housekeeping employee Conquest is very kind❤️.

The worst place to stay. A list of things we never experienced: 1st, we rented an apartment through Booking.com that suited us because of the short time we had in Buenos Aires. They changed our place at the last minute, but we went anyway, and it ended up being more expensive. There was no refrigerator in the room to keep our water cold. That day, they removed all the refrigerators from the rooms and never offered us an alternative! They didn't warn us about anything before charging us! We asked for at least ice since it was 40°C (104°F) hot, and they never gave us anything! The next day, breakfast was absolutely terrible! We tried to use the pool, and it was dirty, full of floating debris. They cleaned our room, but they never brought the towels. To top it all off, we arrived exhausted to shower, and one of the employees suddenly barged into the room! Apparently, they forgot to leave a trash can, which wasn't true; we already had one. The air conditioner is ancient! It doesn't cool the room at all! We tried to open the window, but something was loose and it almost fell on our heads! What a terrible window! And to top it all off, the key cards sometimes malfunction, wasting time trying to get the door to close! God! It ruined the two days we were there!

Very good service

They should review the spikes to prevent homeless people from sleeping on the side of the hotel. The spikes are on the floor in an area accessible to any child, making it very dangerous. They should close off the area.

Excellent 👌 in every way! The spa is wonderful

Good place

We had to leave 5 days before the end of our stay due to unforeseen circumstances, and they didn't even refund us a portion of our money. Terrible service and unfair treatment.
