The variety of dishes at this restaurant means you won't waste your time searching Buenos Aires for just one place that lets you savor Italian influences, good meat, and even flavors from Patagonia and China in Argentine cuisine. If there truly is such a thing as Argentine cuisine, this is the place to start answering that question. My favorite dish is the steak, but for the past few years they've also had a very tasty quail. The service is excellent, with staff who, in addition to having great taste, always remember their past customers.

Excellent service, food, and location.

A very small but cozy restaurant, where the signature dishes stand out. The menu is limited, but each option is better than the last! The welcome was excellent, with a lovely bread basket and a fine sparkling wine. The dish I ordered was incredible, and the service was very personalized, with the staff being particularly warm and welcoming.

We've been about six times, but yesterday was the best. They gave us a complimentary pea soup that was spectacular. Then we ordered a starter of baby squid with Basque black pudding, which was perfect. For our main courses, we had Patagonian toothfish and rice with rabbit and seafood. Everything was amazing. Right now, it's the best place for bistro food in Buenos Aires. The place is also very quiet, and the service stands out for being much more attentive than in many other places, even within its price range. It's not cheap, but for the quality of what they offer, it's very worth it. 100% recommended.
