Amau Hotel

I visited the AMAU Hotel to attend a conference, and the experience at their event facilities was impeccable. Although I didn't stay in their rooms, the venue proved to be perfectly equipped to host large conferences, corporate meetings, and academic events. The main hall and common areas stand out for their comfort, excellent acoustics, adequate lighting, and ergonomic furniture, which makes long hours of presentations very pleasant. The restrooms are spacious, spotless, and well-distributed, which facilitates movement during breaks and avoids unnecessary delays. Another key point is its accessibility: the entrances are meticulously maintained, allowing for comfortable and obstacle-free entry for everyone. Its location in the heart of the city is unbeatable, making it easy to reach from anywhere. Furthermore, public transportation connections are excellent, as several bus lines can be accessed right in front of the building or just one block away. The staff in charge of organization and reception were always attentive to every logistical detail. It is a highly recommended space for those looking to coordinate congresses, conventions or professional activities in the city.

We attended a coworking class in the hotel auditorium and the experience was excellent. The space is spacious, comfortable, well-lit, and in a great location. We received a warm welcome and excellent service, and it's clear that the space is very well-maintained and clean. I definitely recommend it!

The room was lovely, spacious, and bright, the bathroom was beautiful, and the reception staff were very friendly and willing to help with any issues (which in our case wasn't the hotel's fault; we had to get to the venue for the conference). Highly recommended. The location is very strategic, close to the Cathedral and places to eat lunch and dinner. I would return without hesitation.

Excellent service.

Excellent experience. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, always willing to help. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the location is very convenient. Without a doubt, excellent value for money. I would return and highly recommend it.
