Excellent location, right in the heart of Mendoza, close to everything. The rooms are new and spotless. I'm not giving it another star because breakfast isn't included; you have to go outside the hotel. If it were included, it would be excellent.

Hello! I'm looking to book a room and need to get in touch. I'll be arriving on June 5th at 8 am and wanted to know if there's someone at reception where I can leave my luggage. Thank you.

The hotel is well located and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would like to mention that Diane at the reception was extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast offered in a close by Café was excellent, however, the Café played loud music early in the morning which was not great. We asked them a couple of times to lower the music as it was only 7:30am 😉

Very comfortable, good bed, perfect bathroom and shower, the bathroom is quite large.

Located in the city center, close to squares and restaurants. Large room, very good king-size bed. We stayed in a somewhat noisy room; we tried to change, but couldn't. The bad part: the shower drain was clogged, flooded, and leaked into the bathroom. It was already night – I asked them to fix it the next day. They brought a floor cloth. The next day it was unclogged, but the bath mat was soaked and dirty, as if whoever unclogged the drain had cleaned their shoes there. In other words, they didn't clean the floor, and I showered in a dirty shower stall. The breakfast is good, in a nearby location. We were very well attended to on the first day and very poorly on the second – the waiter got the order wrong and refused to correct it. He said he delivered what we ordered, and that it was just a matter of swapping a small jar of jam for cheese and ham. In short, much room for improvement.

I had an incredible experience! From the excellent service and friendliness of everyone at reception to the comfort and cleanliness of the room. It's clear that everything has been renovated with exquisite taste. I will definitely return!

The staff are kind and helpful, but we missed the room being cleaned and having toilet paper replenished; in 6 days they only cleaned once. The TV doesn't work with local channels or movies.
