Casa Sapucaí

Casa Sapucai is a bar and live-music house in a 1920s mansion at Rua Sapucai 303 in Floresta, on a bar street that looks out over the city. The crowd is mixed and queer-friendly, and its partners say it was one of the first venues in Belo Horizonte to guarantee free entry for trans people. It nearly closed over a lease dispute in mid-2026, then reopened on 10 July 2026. Listed hours start at 20:00 Tuesday to Thursday, 21:00 on Friday and Saturday and 18:00 on Sunday, with entry free to R$40 depending on the show.
