OYO Hotel Itapevi

Excellent location

The air conditioning isn't working, and the toilet is clogged.

For those who like a cheap place, this is an excellent option.

It wasn't even more awful only because the cleaning ladies were very friendly. It should be illegal to advertise a motel as a hotel; that's false advertising. I called before going and they told me they had vacancies, so they should have clarified that. But, since it was very cold and my husband, who is ill, was very tired, we stayed. The room is horrible, I don't know how anyone could feel any emotion in a place like that. Bad food, I ordered a caipirinha and it was pure alcohol. There was only one bath towel, I asked for another towel twice and was not attended to. Even knowing that they had a regular guest, they put a noisy couple next to our room where you could hear everything. If they want to work for both senses, at least separate those who are going to stay overnight. I'm only not giving it a 0 because of the friendliness of the cleaning ladies. Run away from this garbage dump, that's the best thing they can do.

How much is the overnight stay? Could you contact me? 11982750436
