NYX BAR

NYX Bar is a small bar on Rua Visconde de Goiana in Boa Vista, the Recife neighbourhood where much of the city's gay nightlife is concentrated. It draws a mixed, LGBTQ-friendly crowd for drinks and casual nights rather than dancing, and is rated 4.8 from about 70 reviews. It works best as a first stop before moving on to the larger gay venues nearby, such as Clube Metropole on Rua das Ninfas. Hours are not listed, so check social media first, and use ride apps late at night rather than walking long stretches.
