Simple Patagonia

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming family-owned hotel in Puerto Natales. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Katja at reception is absolutely lovely — so warm, friendly, and helpful. She made us feel right at home and was always happy to offer recommendations and assistance with a smile. Her hospitality truly set the tone for our stay. The family’s son is an incredible cook! The meals were delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and such a treat after long days of exploring Patagonia. You can really taste the care and pride that goes into everything. And the view… waking up to the breathtaking fjord right outside our hotel room was unforgettable. Watching the light change over the water and mountains was pure magic. If you’re looking for a cozy, welcoming place with personal touches, amazing food, and stunning views, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Natales!

*Simply* one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We stayed here before and after the W trek and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests and timing, helping us with transport and early/late hour meals. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, it all feels so private and relaxing. And the FOOD was just incredible. Even down to the breakfast buffet, it was such a treat to have an abundance of the freshest fruit and vegetables. Can’t say enough wonderful things and hope to be back very soon!

Gorgeous, calm, and exceptionally welcoming. We stayed here at both the beginning and end of our Patagonia hiking trip, and it was the perfect place to land each time. The staff is unbelievably kind, the food is delicious, and the space itself is beautiful and deeply calming. I couldn’t recommend it more highly to anyone visiting the area. A truly special place.

My wife and I have stayed at several 5-star hotels but I would say that Simple Patagonia is by far the best in terms of hospitality, rooms, and views! We absolutely loved our stay here and the Hotel Management and Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room views of the Ultima Esperanza sound and Patagonian landscape was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was a 10/10, with the Hotel team helping arrange transportation and giving us good advice on local places to check out in Puerto Natales. Our trip to Patagonia in December 2025 will be forever etched in our memories, and Hotel Simple Patagonia played a pivotal role in our experience. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would love to come back here in the future!

Fantastic service, great views and very spacious rooms. Food was exceptional too

Beautiful designer hotel just outside Puerto Natales. The town is within walking distance of about 5 km along a pedestrian path, dotted with numerous seabirds. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
