Best Western Ferrat

This hotel is pretty much perfect! Valentina at the front desk was so welcoming, spoke amazing English and helped us with several different things. The room was so clean and comfortable! The staff in the restaurant and at breakfast was super kind and helpful, and the breakfast was yummy. It's not like the American Best Westerns; it's much better! Highly recommended.

Excellent experience at the hotel. My first time at this hotel and I really liked the layout and location. Comfortable and with good service.

The noise from the cars is constant and overshadows anything good about the hotel. You wake up to car alarms and horns outside. Breakfast could be better.

Highly recommended, very nice rooms, very friendly service and a spectacular breakfast 👌 100%

“Excellent experience at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and spotless, the breakfast was very good with a good variety, and the staff was extremely attentive at all times, always willing to help. The location is also very good. I definitely recommend it.”

Ideal breakfast

Terrible experience! We booked for one night because we were coming from Melipeuco de la Nieve and the first thing we wanted was a shower. The water was COLD! The receptionist, Catalina, was very kind and explained that the temperature was like that and no one had ever complained before. The water was a few degrees warmer than just turning on the cold tap. Impossible to shower in, especially at night or early in the morning. We checked three rooms and one was even colder. For over 100,000 pesos a night, it's an insult (in a guesthouse or hostel, you'd burn yourself with the hot water they have). Anyway, we wasted two hours without a solution and went to the Hotel Don Eduardo, which is less new and in a less nice neighborhood. But it had everything we needed for a good night!

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the rooms are lovely. Highly recommended.
