この場所について DaDeO
DaDeO is a Cajun and Creole diner-bar on Whyte Avenue (82 Ave) in Old Strathcona, Edmonton. It is a mainstream, gay-friendly place, not a gay venue. Regulars order the po' boys, gumbo, blackened catfish and sweet potato fries in a small, retro diner room with a soundtrack to match.
It is licensed as a bar, so it is adults-only and you can't bring kids. It rates 4.6 on Google from more than 2,000 reviews and fills up at dinner. Reservations help, though it takes walk-ins. Whyte Ave's bars are on the doorstep.

Combo Fabio with Jumbalaya rice was exceptional. The ribs melt in your mouth and the fried chicken is delicious. The rice came with a sauce I had never tried before. I wouldn't recommend pouring the entire container over the rice because that would be too much. I used abouy half and it did add an interesting flavour to the rice.
