Google lists it as a gay bar, and NOW Toronto's 2026 Village roundup puts it among the neighbourhood's queer bars, with drag shows, DJ nights and drag bingo on the calendar. It keeps long hours, roughly 2pm to 2am every day according to its Google listing, so it works for an afternoon drink as well as a late one. The pizza is part of the draw: it is one of the few Church Street bars where a proper meal comes with the cocktails. Google reviews are strong, 4.7 from more than 1,000. I went in for a drink and to see a drag performance. Unfortunately I was harassed by what I assume was a very drunk man who forced me to leave. He was aggressive and was yelling at me to leave because he thought he knew me. Never seen that man in my life. He then followed me out side the bar and demanded I leave or he would call the police. He is the partner of the performer that evening. I asked if I did something to offend her or if I said something wrong, he didn’t answer and forced me out. Management did speak with him but he was allowed to stay I guess. As a solo, first time visitor, I really hope management reconsiders allowing him into their club in the future.
