Quality

The people leaving 1 star really don't know the alternatives around here. I've stayed in this hotel many times, and the only thing I would complain about is the WiFi reach on the 3rd floor. Everything else is as good as it can get for the lowest price in Costa Rica.

Rooms were simple, clean, and secure. Staff was helpful when we asked about the local busses. The room with air conditioning smelled stale, but we got a room without and opened the windows. It cooled down nicely at night and the traffic noise disappeared by 10pm

Comfortable and quiet

The hotel is really not good. The beds and mattresses are worn out and sagging, and the service is poor. The staff do not speak English and charge extra money for almost everything. Early check-in for 1 hour was refused. The location is also quite bad and does not feel safe. It is not a good hotel, but the price is very low.
