La Terraza Punta Cana

​I had been planning to visit this place for a few weeks, and I finally got the chance today. I can safely say it completely lived up to my expectations! ​Atmosphere ​Music: They play a variety of genres (salsa, bachata, norteño). While it's not typically my style, it was still enjoyable. Best of all, the volume isn't too loud, so you can easily have a conversation without needing to shout. (4.8/5) ​Decor: Really nice aesthetics a classic Dominican spot with international vibes. (5/5) ​Landscaping: Excellent natural shade. Even on a bright, sunny day, the trees keep you comfortably cool. (4.5/5) ​View: Fantastic scenery. (4.8/5) ​Food ​Menu: Great variety to choose from. (4.5/5) ​Flavor: Delicious! I ordered the supreme fries (Yaroa), and it was super tasty. The fries were nice and crispy, and both the chicken and beef were packed with flavor. ​Presentation & Portion: Beautiful presentation and satisfying portion sizes. ​Service ​The staff and servers are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. ​Price ​Completely worth it. It’s not the cheapest spot around, but hey it's Punta Cana! ​Overall I’ll definitely be back probably every Sunday. Plus, the fact that they have an on-site carwash is a huge bonus!

This place is genius for the right use. Get your car cleaned while you enjoy food and watching sports. The open bar is situated on top with natural circulatipn of air so it's not so hot. Also a free parking if you just want to go to the sports bar. Also food is good, just the things you want to eat.

Just left this place. They said they open at 8:30 am employees are cleaning around and moving chairs still at 09:43 am. We left after 25 minutes sitting down no one brought a Menu or even acknowledged us. NEVER AGAIN. Other people there and at least they were taken care of.

Everyone was very friendly, and they speak other idiots in case you don't know Spanish.

Great place for food, the staff are really friendly, the food was really nice with good size portions and good prices. A good place to get away from the heat as it's undercover and has a nice breeze.

Shrimp tacos disgusting! The shrimp was black and the taco was not cooked. Overpriced and undercooked. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you just want to grab a drink and watch sports.

We had a wonderful time; a band plays at 10 pm. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming to the Dominican Republic. Great prices. We loved it!

Only locals. Ideal for a drink and a bite to eat without any fuss. It was really nice and very good. The service was good despite my terrible Spanish. The prices aren't any higher than anywhere else. A nice little evening for us. Beware of mosquitoes (but that's true everywhere).

Today I was enjoying a mixed grill platter for four people, even though there were only two of us. You can imagine how bad it was. We left a good amount to take home. While we were sitting there, the manager came and took away our plates, even though I had told her to put them in the to-go box. Then they told me they'd thrown them away! And to top it all off, they wanted to give me a beer as compensation, even though I paid for a mixed grill platter for four, plus the beer, plus a tip! And we left more than half of the food we paid for! Unbelievable! And in the end, she wouldn't even show her face and sent the waitress who had been serving us. Nothing against the waitress, she treated us well, but they should have handled things better! They need to have a little more customer service when these situations arise!

The welcome was terrible, and they advertise that they're showing the World Cup. We went, and there was nothing there.
