Visitors praise Hotel Casa Veranda for its comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful bilingual staff, and a great, safe location close to amenities and the airport. However, several guests report significant issues with unprofessionalism and uncooperative staff, including problems with check-in times, booking errors, and a lack of responsiveness to reported maintenance issues like a dirty pool.
