Caudillos is a gay disco bar in Guadalajara's Zona Centro, on Calle Prisciliano Sánchez. It is a dance-first place: a DJ, a floor that fills up late, and a mostly local crowd. With over 700 Google reviews it is one of the better-known names in a city that has a large gay nightlife scene of its own. We don't have reliable opening hours or cover prices on file, so check its social pages before heading out. Like most Mexican clubs it starts late, and weekends are when it is worth going. The Centro is walkable at night along the main streets, but take a ride app home rather than wandering at closing time.

On Saturday, April 11th, my friends and I went to this place. The experience was absolutely excellent, except for the service, but the music and the DJs were super handsome. I fell in love with the DJ who appeared on the screens wearing glasses and an orange shirt. I don't remember his name because I asked a waitress with glasses, but I honestly can't recall it. He was very serious and dedicated to his work, and he smelled amazing because I walked right past him. All in all, I'm in love. Place: 8 out of 10 Service: 5 out of 10
