Terrible service. The staff is very rude. The facilities are dirty and run-down. They DON'T ACCEPT CARDS, which they should. The toilet has no water, toilet paper, or soap. Access is very expensive for such terrible service. I hope they change management and staff. And stop evading taxes and start ACCEPTING CARDS.

Does anyone know if they've fired that guy from the night shift yet? 🤔 I want to come back, that Juan guy, but not until he's gone. He was really rude and arrogant.

Already remodeled, clean, and the workers are top-notch.

It's good for the price. I've never had a bad experience. The rules are clear. The entrance fee is reasonable, the drinks are like you'd get at a bar, and the atmosphere depends on the day you go.

The employee with pink hair is always hungry and tries to charge you for everything. He even invents extra charges of 30 pesos for every little thing you need, even though these charges aren't displayed anywhere. For example, I forgot something from my locker, and he wanted to charge me 30 pesos to bring my backpack. I'd gladly pay him, but where does it say it's 30 pesos?! Besides being rude, ill-mannered, and arrogant, he does everything reluctantly. Someone should remind him that he's paid to be an employee because of us. I'm not going back until he's fired. That's why the place is always empty. P.S. And don't even think about him taking a picture of your ID; it's not like you're going to the prosecutor's office to be booked. Please share this complaint with other users and customers.

Excellent presentation, the immersive room is incredible, the colors and textures are fantastic.

The person who attends not only seems incompetent, IS incompetent.
