City Express Plus by Marriott Ciudad de México Reforma El Ángel

The service at the restaurant is excellent, the food was delicious, and the waiter was very friendly, attentive, and respectful.

This place is incredibly good, I highly recommend it.

The location is great, it's a shame the service is so bad, especially in the restaurant. The staff there had little customer service attitude, breakfast starts very late, and there were few options. I had two vouchers for à la carte breakfast, but I couldn't use them because they told me it would take a while since the machine was off 🥴. The waiter didn't even do the bare minimum, like offer me coffee.

Excellent and good service....
