We didn't look foreign enough or bearded enough to get proper service. We arrived and they pretended not to see us or serve us until they felt like it. I went on a recommendation, but it was my first and last time. You feel uncomfortable seeing that other people are welcomed and treated like royalty, while someone who's there for the first time is completely ignored.
