Unfortunately, they sell you the idea of an all-inclusive package when you book, and then they try to sell you other services at a different price. Once you pay, you realize there are other services that aren't included, like different wines and meals, and that you have to pay for other services they don't tell you about when you book. We booked directly with the hotel; it's our first time going and it will be our last.
It was my first time staying there, and honestly, the facilities were great 👌🏾 The rooms, the beds, etc. were all very good, and the reception staff were very friendly at all times. There was one guy, but he wasn't from reception; he worked at the bar on the terrace. I found him somewhat racist. I was going to order drinks from the bar, and as usual, I said "hello, good evening" in a clear and friendly tone. The guy just turned around, looked at me, and didn't respond or say anything. He looked a little displeased. I was a bit taken aback, but I didn't say anything else. I was making a drink, so I let him finish, and when he was about to serve me, I asked him if he would. He had beer, he thought about it and then answered me with a somewhat negative attitude, I don't know why, and said they only had Corona Light. I told him okay, and asked if he could give me one. He gave it to me, and I was going to pay him with a 500-peso bill. I was a bit stingy, to be honest, but I was going to keep ordering drinks. The guy said, "No way, I don't have any change." I told him okay, let me get some change. I asked him how much the beer was, but I didn't hear very well and I don't remember how much it was. The point is, he came back and I was going to pay him, and I said, "Shall I pay you?" The guy didn't even turn around or anything and just kept doing what he was doing. He accepted the money and said something like, "Just leave it, I'll give you the $10." I was totally taken aback and just said, "Oh, okay, thanks, bye," haha, but it was very negative. Later, with some foreigners, he was completely different (friendly, smiling, and attentive). I think the guy's name was Moy, I'm not sure, but aside from that guy, everything was fine. 👌🏾
Terrible service from the start; they try to sell you their VIP service. And then the manager, Gil, was very rude, and his security guard, Raul Jimenez, was also terrible. You come here to have a good time, not to be subjected to geo-serious treatment.

The rooms and reception area were top-notch. Overall, everything was great. Highly recommended. It can be tiring walking, but everything is very close. I'm giving it 4 stars because at the bar, we found it a bit odd that other guests had their drinks brought to the pool or wherever they were, while we were just called out to let them know they were ready. I don't mind going to get my own drinks, but what I didn't appreciate was the different level of service among guests.
